About PacketStream Residential Proxies
PacketStream sells access to its peer-to-peer residential proxy network on a pay-as-you-go basis. Traffic costs a flat USD 1.00 per GB for both rotating and sticky sessions, over HTTPS, HTTP or SOCKS5.
There is no recurring subscription: customers add balance (USD 50 minimum) and draw it down over time. A reseller API is available at the same wholesale rate with a USD 500 minimum purchase.
