How listings work
Only approved listing revisions are public. Provider-supplied claims, automated observations, editorial review, and paid placement are kept distinct so their source is clear.
A provider can pay for labelled visibility, but payment never guarantees approval and never changes the underlying published facts.
Corrections and accountability
Services change. Prox records when information was last checked and gives providers a structured route to claim or correct their pages.
