DomCop is a paid tool for finding expired domains with useful history. It brings together expiring, expired and archived domain lists and attaches metrics so you can sort and filter names without checking each one by hand.

DomCop says it pays for metrics from several sources, which it gives as the reason it costs more than some competitors, and it aims to keep the most complete list of expired domains it can.
